This week one thing is on my brain......
We are moving to St. George! Hold on tight - the next weeks are going to be crazy!!
I also made a yummy new recipe which is DE-lish! Garlic Shrimp Polenta....find it HERE. You have to. Even my kids liked it!

Are you seriously moving to St. George?! I'm so jealous. I miss those red rocks a lot...never mind the heat (oh, how I miss the heat). I lived there for 2 years, and LOVED it!! Now I'll have a good excuse to come back and visit!! Can't wait to hear about the adventures of moving. :)
