Math What??

I apologize now for the offensive language - don't read if you can't handle it!!

Yesterday, I was doing homework with Gabe. He is learning about sentence structure and when they are a command, statement, etc. One assignment was to write a command from a teacher to a student. He wanted to write: Do the math sheet. But this is what it said:

Do the math shit.

I feel the same way sometimes.

That is hilarious! SO FUNNY! I'm still laughing. Did you let him turn it in like that? HOMEWORK is the worst part of the day in my house. We never seem to get it all done. Wait until you have both Gabe & Emma doing it at the same time!

I'm with pedaling. Keep that one in the Save Forever file! Even though I love math, I still do feel that way sometimes about homework in general. We never had homework in second and third grade, did we? And I'm dreading when I have more than one doing homework. My sister has 4!

I wonder.... what would Irene and Mr. Knudsen would think? That has to be the coolest thing I have heard for a while! SOOO true!

Cooper asks all the time when he can go to school. Last night he was in tears because Austin wouldn't take him up to campus with him to study for his test today. So when he got home last night, Coop had his backpack all packed (letter flashcards, Leap Frog letter book, crayons, etc.) and made Austin take him somewhere with their backpacks. Turned out they ended up at the city library and they had computers for kids - with headphones - that Cooper was VERY excited about!

HA! I love it. Did you start laughing right then? I don't think I'd be able to hold it in.
