I think you look like a cutie. That's nothing. When I was in 5th grade I decided that I was in charge of my hair for picture day. I curled it and poofed it and I THOUGHT I looked fabulous! 15 years later I looked back at that picture and almost died. I looked like a possessed cockatoo. At least you knew how to curl and poof it just right.
That picture seriously made my day. It made me laugh! I also have some pics of me curling and poofing that I need to get from my mom. Priceless. Miss you guys- did you get the baby announcement?
Those were the good old days, you used to spend hours in the bath room fixing that hair. Please save the picture for Emma when she's 16. Gabe will laugh himself silly, keep sending those pictures
LOVE IT - I can totally relate. I think my bangs, ie Salt Lake City Bear Claw, were about three inches high, with big curly hair. After doing my own middle school hair-do my mom finally broke down and took me to a "real" salon to learn. I am still not sure it helped.

Those were the days, a blow dryer, bottle of hair spray and a comb to add to the volume! Give the kids a hug.
